I believe in absolute transparency from the very beginning. We establish a clear and detailed budget together during our proposal meeting, based entirely on the agreed-upon scope and materials. My commitment is to honour that budget, ensuring a smooth process without any unwelcome surprises.

Yes, completely. I lead my team in managing every single detail, from the first sketch to the final handover. We coordinate all the work, manage our trusted contractors, and ensure the quality of craftsmanship is impeccable.
